Job Title: EMEA Supply Chain Planner
Job Summary:
The Advocate Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized EMEA Supply Chain Planner to join our team. As a key member of our EMEA events team, you will be responsible for creating material plans, coordinating with the Customer Services Team, and ensuring raw material and packaging stock levels are optimal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create material plans to determine necessary supplies, ingredients, and packaging for production.
- Coordinate with the Customer Services Team to meet sales order requirements for kit deliveries.
- Monitor raw material and packaging stock levels to ensure they are at optimal levels.
- Implement inventory controls to prevent excess or outdated stock and shortages.
- Review supplier performance and suggest improvements when necessary.
- Use forecasting tools and past data to refine demand projections.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes within the supply chain, such as simplifying procurement and reducing lead times.
- Analyze production, inventory, and supplier data to inform decisions and prepare reports for management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an MRP Planner or in a similar supply planning role within the FMCG industry.
- Comfortable using MRP/ERP software like SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to guide decisions.
- Detail-oriented and focused on accuracy when handling daily planning tasks and resolving issues.
