Position Overview:

The Marketing Director will be responsible for crafting and executing The Advocate Group's marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share in the marketing sector. This role involves leading a talented marketing team and overseeing all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, public relations, and traditional advertising. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in brand management, market analysis, and campaign execution, preferably within the marketing industry.

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with The Advocate Group's business objectives, focusing on brand positioning, customer acquisition, and retention in the marketing market.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and implementation of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints, reinforcing The Advocate Group's reputation as a trusted marketing agency.
  • Campaign Development: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that effectively communicate The Advocate Group's brand message, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.
  • Digital Marketing: Spearhead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, understand consumer needs, and monitor competitor activities in the marketing industry. Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring the continuous professional development of team members.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve the highest ROI on marketing activities.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance The Advocate Group's brand presence and expand market reach within the marketing industry.
  • Public Relations: Oversee PR strategies to maintain a positive brand image and manage relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders in the marketing sector.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish KPIs for all marketing activities and provide regular performance reports to the executive team, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing and brand management.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of current marketing trends, particularly in the marketing space.
