Head of Entertainment

Mecca Bingo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Entertainment to lead our events strategy and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and owning the events plan for the year, ensuring a broad spectrum of regular events activity across our 50+ locations in the UK.
You will work closely with our operational regional managers, general managers, and assistant managers to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of events. Your strong leadership, organisational, and planning skills will enable you to set and prioritise goals, lead your team, and deliver the events strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive events plan that meets business objectives
- Building and maintaining relationships with third-party events providers and negotiating contracts
- Working with the marketing team to maximise event revenue and deliver budgeted profit
- Ensuring customer journeys meet the required standards for the business
