We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Architect to join our expanding Corporate Services IT department at Square One Resources. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting mission-critical work completed by over 1200 end users across hundreds of servers.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Systems Architect, you will be responsible for understanding, maintaining, and developing specific aspects of an enterprise IT environment, encompassing tasks across technical design, implementation, and support.
- Design, support, and maintain internal IT environments, platforms, and services at a senior level.
- Develop and implement technical designs for complex IT systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Key Technologies:
We utilize a range of enterprise IT technologies, including:
- Corporate Microsoft Estate: 1200+ desktops and hundreds of servers across multiple sites, encompassing 'On-Prem' Microsoft full stack alongside O365, Azure, and AWS offerings.
- Cloud Platforms: Primarily AWS and Azure, including organisation design, tenancy/account management, security, identity management, service provisioning, and reporting functions.
- Cyber Security and Information Assurance: Managing and maintaining intrusion detection apparatus, supporting queries/investigations, and ensuring hardened configuration of IT equipment.
- DevSecOps and Site Reliability Engineering: Supporting enterprise software teams and their CI/CD requirements using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, or SonarQube, among others.
