Role Responsibilities:
The Senior Supply Chain Project Manager will oversee the entire procurement process, from identifying suppliers to conducting contract evaluations, with a focus on Workplace Services, Marketing, and Logistics.

Key Duties Include:
- Conducting supplier evaluation meetings, including the management of supplier risks and mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring adherence to Roke's established policies and procedures.
- Experience in managing indirect spend categories, particularly in facilities management, encompassing both hard and soft services. Familiarity with Marketing, Logistics, or Health & Safety is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Possessing a methodical and analytical approach, applying procurement principles in a flexible and effective manner.
- Demonstrated experience in supplier management and development initiatives aimed at enhancing supplier performance.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in contract negotiations.
- Ability to develop category strategies in collaboration with stakeholders that align with business and commercial goals.
