Our client, a leading provider of specialized construction services, is seeking a Newly Qualified Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

About the Role:

As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will assist in preparing estimates and cost plans for projects, support in the preparation of Bills of Quantities, and conduct site measurements and prepare valuations.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing estimates and cost plans for projects.
