Location: West London

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 plus benefits

GMT Recruitment Ltd is on the lookout for a committed Assistant Accountant to enhance our reputable sports organization based in West London. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a vibrant team and report directly to the Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivables
  • Collaborate with the shared service center
  • Address clients' billing discrepancies
  • Assist the team during annual audits
  • Support month-end closing activities
  • Manage financial administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in finance
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software
  • Currently pursuing ACCA or CIMA qualifications or AAT levels 3 or 4
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with Word and Excel
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Genuine interest in sports
