Position: General Manager

Location: Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire

This position calls for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in commercial management and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. The ideal candidate will possess the energy and determination necessary to enhance the business and its reputation while fostering a thriving membership base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the gym.
  • Drive the commercial success of the facility.
  • Ensure operational excellence throughout the gym.
  • Achieve and exceed established performance metrics.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated success in a management role within the leisure or fitness industry.
  • A strong commitment to exceptional customer service and leadership.
  • Minimum qualification of Level 2 Gym Instructor.
  • Proven experience in sales growth and local marketing initiatives, along with team recruitment and management.
  • Experience as a General Manager in a leisure facility or substantial experience in a similar operational role is preferred.
