Join a prominent organization in the design and production of automotive components as an Automotive Coating Specialist in Dagenham. In this role, you will contribute to a team dedicated to achieving production goals while working the late shift.
Ideal candidates will possess a background in automotive coating within a manufacturing or engineering context. Compliance with Health and Safety regulations is essential, along with meticulous attention to detail in paint preparation and application.
Primary Responsibilities:- Refinishing using metallic coatings and blending techniques;
- Operating spray equipment and dent repair tools;
- Collaborating effectively within a team and independently;
- Demonstrating strong communication abilities;
- Managing pressure and meeting production deadlines;
- Exhibiting excellent organizational skills;
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail;
- Preparing and filling vehicles prior to coating;
- Mixing paints, applying primers, and performing dry-sanding;
- Executing masking, base and lacquer applications, polishing, and detailing;
- Upholding superior quality standards in all tasks.
