Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Deliver outstanding consumer service and ensure a premium brand experience.
- Coordinate, coach, and inspire your team while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Support daily business operations to meet sales objectives, including digital services, visual merchandising, and promotional initiatives.
- Identify and resolve challenges in collaboration with store leadership, acting as a brand ambassador for NIKE's initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all NIKE standards and guidelines.

Our leads focus on specific business areas while supporting cross-functional efforts:
- Commercial: Facilitate efficient product receiving, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely initiative launches.
- Athlete Experience: Equip the team to deliver the highest quality experiences for athletes.
- Consumer Experience: Lead by example to enhance service on the sales floor and enrich the consumer journey.

Qualifications
- Preferred experience in customer service and/or retail.
- Ability to manage a small team effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Proven ability to apply sales techniques.
- Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for retail hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
