About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Information and Assurance Manager to join our team at Rolls-Royce plc. As a key member of our Portfolio Office, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timeliness of data and information across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of portfolio data and information, working closely with assurance teams, PMO, and delivery teams.
- Act as the requirements owner for the information and information systems needs of the Portfolio Office, identifying new requirements and improvements to optimize the operating environment.
- Collaborate with the digital community to develop a vision and plans for the digital portfolio office.
- Serve as the focal point and escalation route for all aspects related to portfolio data and information.
- Challenge thinking to drive pragmatism and simplicity into Portfolio Office operational decision-making processes and implement standardization wherever possible.
- Utilize experience in performance monitoring and control environments, visual management, process improvement, and data analytics and data quality.
- Lead technical resources and teams to deliver against annual and 3–5-year business plans and performance targets.
- Apply expertise in the use of SAP, Primavera P6, Cognos, Power BI, and broader digital toolsets.
- Possess a degree qualification, holding a Project Management qualification or equivalent (or equivalent industrial experience).
- Develop and maintain data analytics capabilities.
