Dylan Hotel Limited, a member of L.V.X., is a luxury boutique hotel in Dublin's city centre. We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Duty Manager to join our team.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee the F&B operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and inspire their team to achieve exceptional standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the F&B operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and high standards of quality.
  • Develop, train, and coach a reliable team, motivating them to achieve competence and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Support the Food and Beverage Director in managing overheads, stock, team schedules, labour control, and other elements affecting business profitability.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, card transactions, banking, and sales reporting.
  • Maintain a safe and harmonious working and customer environment, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and health and safety.
  • Liaise with the Management team to ensure exceptional service standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Food and Beverage Duty Manager or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of food and drinks service standards.
