Position Overview

Shifts may vary, typically including hours from 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm, with extended hours on weekends.

The compensation ranges from £8.00 to £11.50 per hour, depending on age.

Role Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all kitchen areas and equipment are maintained to the Hastings Standard of Cleanliness and Hygiene.

  • Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, pots, and pans, as well as loading and unloading the dishwasher and managing waste disposal.
  • Ensure the dishwashing areas, including walls and floors, are kept clean and hygienic.
  • Utilize all equipment and materials properly, reporting any issues immediately.
  • Secure stock areas at all times, promptly reporting any security breaches.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster a respectful and dignified working environment.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Candidate Profile

While previous experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not essential as our Kitchen Team will provide comprehensive training.
