About the Role:
We are collaborating with a specialized manufacturing firm located near Maidstone. Due to continuous expansion, they are looking for a Warehouse Packing Coordinator to become a permanent, full-time member of their team.


Position Overview:
The Warehouse Packing Coordinator will play a crucial role in the warehouse operations, ensuring that products are efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for shipment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently packing goods for delivery to client locations.
  • Inspecting each item during the packing process for any visible defects and reporting these to the Quality Assurance team.
  • Adhering to all packing guidelines outlined in the Works Order.
  • Communicating with the Dispatch Department to confirm the completion of orders.
  • Supporting colleagues in organizing and maintaining inventory of packing supplies.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate across various levels.

Physical fitness is required due to some lifting involved in the role.
