Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrator to join our team in Newbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception: Greet and assist visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Telephone Manner: Handle incoming calls with a courteous and professional attitude, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Maintain a calm, positive, and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
  • Email Management: Oversee the main email inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries, forwarding any communication to the relevant department or person as required.
  • Job Sheets and Data Entry: Prepare and manage job sheets for installation projects, and handle order processing and data entry tasks, including promotional orders.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Complete other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are required to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software is necessary for this role.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential for this role.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
