Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers to secure high-quality placement opportunities for students.
  • Work with the Student Support Team to ensure that students have access to a range of placement experiences that meet their needs and interests.
  • Contribute to the development of a centralized database of employers and placement opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, employers, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Experience of working within an educational environment and/or with young people, ideally within a Further Education/Post 16 environment.
  • Qualifications in English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated good customer service skills and ability to work with respect and confidentiality.
