Job Title: Healthcare Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Partnership Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with senior NHS teams and procurement professionals.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including directors, heads of service, and commissioners
  • Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities, including formulary inclusions and bulk purchasing deals
  • Provide clinical education and training to customers to drive sales and patient outcomes

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in wound care sales and senior level relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid remote and face-to-face environment
