We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parcel Delivery Specialist to join our team at Portico. As a Parcel Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and delivering parcels to our residents in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and register parcels on our system
- Arrange and store parcels in designated spaces
- Deliver or assist in the delivery of large/heavy packages to residents
- Hand over parcels to residents at the concierge desk
- Release emergency keys according to procedures
- Carry out meter readings at the request of residents
- Make reservations for property facilities (Meeting Room, Screening Room, Parking)
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a physical and active role that involves manual handling
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
