About the Role:

TalentCo is seeking a talented Integration Engineer to join our innovative team. As a forward-thinking company, we are focused on enhancing our operational efficiency through automation and integration. This position is crucial in streamlining our processes and ensuring that our products reach our customers effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement API integrations to connect various platforms and systems, including but not limited to NetSuite, Shopify, and Amazon.
  • Ensure that all integrations are secure, scalable, and maintainable while troubleshooting and resolving any integration challenges.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to understand their workflows, identifying areas for automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Engage with external partners to optimize processes and enhance system interoperability.
  • Assess, deploy, and manage tools that automate and streamline workflows across the organization, ensuring user-friendliness and providing necessary training to team members.
  • Continuously analyze workflows to pinpoint bottlenecks and implement enhancements that boost efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with NetSuite and proficiency in coding, preferably in JavaScript.
  • Background in a similar integration engineer or workflow automation position.
  • Experience in designing and developing API integrations.
  • Familiarity with direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of workflow automation tools or integration platforms is a plus.
