We are seeking a skilled CNC Setter & Miller to join our team at The Agency. As a CNC Setter & Miller, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring they run efficiently, and producing high-quality parts that meet our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes and mills) according to specifications.
  • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor the production process and make adjustments as needed.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Setter or Miller.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining principles.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
