Konker Jobs is currently recruiting for an Architect to join a reputable RIBA practice based in Mid-Devon. Due to a variety of new projects and the retirement of a senior staff member, the practice is seeking an Architect who is confident working across all RIBA Stages to join their team.

The practice has been established for over 45 years and has an impressive track record, including winning over 20 awards, over 8000 successful planning applications, and over 7000 homes designed and created. They work on a wide variety of projects, including social housing, bespoke residential, high-end bespoke housing, extra care/retirement care, and holiday parks.

• Working across all RIBA Stages
• Using Revit (training given)
• Liaising with clients and different stakeholders
• Project Management & Contract Administration
• Helping other colleagues in the office

• Live within a commutable distance of Mid Devon
• Driver's license & car owner
• ARB Registered is essential
• Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations & UK Planning System
• Previous experience using Revit is advantageous

The salary for this position is between £35,000-£45,000 depending on previous experience.
