Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Server Systems Engineer to join our team at VIQU IT Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multi-award-winning Welsh healthcare organization, supporting over 10,000 users and 180 services across 100 sites.

The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from home and will be responsible for ensuring the services, SLAs, and terms and conditions are fulfilled between the ICT Services and its customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management and maintenance of networking and security systems, including installation, testing, commissioning, and replacement.
  • Provide technical expertise in network and security, supported by theoretical understanding and acquired training.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve daily issues and work across the virtual team within the IT operations sector.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in network support capacity.
  • Strong expertise in Cisco technologies (Routers & Switches, Security, Wifi, and Data).
  • Excellent communication, administrative, and time management skills.
  • Adherence to Service Level Agreement terms.
  • Ability to improve processes for service improvement.
  • Welsh speaking is desired but not necessary.
