About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Deliver care that is tailored to each resident's individual needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the Registered Nurse and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Recognize and respond to signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and report concerns to the relevant authorities.
  • Participate in safeguarding training and other relevant training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
