About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs, including hoisting, cooking meals, and basic cleaning tasks.
  • Assist individuals with daily activities, such as medication administration, food shopping, and off-site activities.
  • Support individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations, including planning and implementing person-centered care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the registered manager, deputy manager, and senior team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring that they are person-centered and meet the needs of the individuals we support.
Requirements
  • Hold a full UK manual driving license.
  • Have experience supporting and caring for individuals with complex needs.
  • Be able to work on a shift rota basis, including mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues.
  • Be able to work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and support.
