Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apprentice Field Service Engineer to join our team at Virgin Media O2 Ltd. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise in the installation and repair of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Repair: Install and repair our services, including broadband and mobile networks, to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the technical team to share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to the development of technical procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
  • A UK Manual driving license with no more than 8 points.
  • Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Organized and methodical approach to work.
