We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to join our team at Stagecoach Arbroath Depot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our bus fleet, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of engineers and support staff to maintain and repair our bus fleet
- Oversee the cleaning and preparation of buses for service
- Collaborate with the Operations Department to ensure PVR targets are met
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Relevant engineering qualifications and experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent diagnostic skills and knowledge of PCV operations
