Position: Technical Service Engineer

Role Overview:
As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for addressing equipment malfunctions, executing scheduled maintenance, and assisting in the deployment of new systems.

Our client is a prominent provider of ticketing and payment solutions utilized in parking facilities across various sectors, including local government, airports, event venues, hospitality, and retail.

This esteemed organization has been a key player in the industry for many years, fostering and maintaining enduring partnerships with a technologically advanced clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
* Execute installation tasks and commissioning as directed by the Lead Engineer and Project Manager.
* Perform scheduled maintenance as allocated by the call center.
* Educate and assist clients in the operation and upkeep of products.
* Previous experience in a technical support capacity is essential.
* Familiarity with Networks, IP systems, and intercom technology is required.
* Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with the expectation of travel in accordance with company health and safety protocols.
* Participation in a standby call-out rotation is necessary.
