Join Our Team as a QMS Process Leader SIP

At Jaguar Land Rover, we're committed to shaping a future we truly believe in, together. As a QMS Process Leader SIP, you'll play a key role in our Manufacturing team at the Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC) in Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Operations in achieving conformance to the Manufacturing Quality Operating System (MQOS) by preventing outflow of suspect / defective product.
  • Lead process improvements in the team through Kaizen activity.
  • Lead monthly Quality Management review (QMR).
  • Conduct 1:1's and people engagement activities.
  • Prepare reports and graphs including updated information as required in Quality Assurance score cards.
What You'll Need
  • Quality orientated and customer focused approach.
  • People orientated management style.
  • Experience working cross functionally.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
