Position Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our operational departments within the construction sector. Your expertise will be essential in navigating various projects, including high-end residential developments, student accommodations, and extensive refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the preparation and evaluation of estimates, bids, and tenders while adhering to strict deadlines.
2. Contribute to the development of the procurement strategy to ensure efficient project execution.
3. Prepare and oversee cash flow forecasts for assigned projects, ensuring financial accuracy.
4. Compile and submit monthly payment applications to clients or their representatives.
5. Generate monthly valuation reports to track project progress.
6. Manage invoicing for certified values and ensure timely receipt of payments.
7. Evaluate and authorize payments to subcontractors, maintaining strong financial oversight.
8. Collaborate with Contract Managers to clarify project specifications and requirements.
