Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Reablement Therapy team as a part-time Band 6 Physiotherapist.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care and specialist rehabilitation to adults referred to the Intermediate Care Bedded Pathway Service.

Key duties will include:

  • Providing comprehensive assessments and developing individualized rehabilitation plans
  • Delivering evidence-based interventions to promote independence and functional ability
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Conducting regular reviews and updating plans as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
