The Catering Services department, part of the Customer Experience and Service Delivery division, oversees the effective management of the catering facilities within the House of Commons. Role Responsibilities

This position presents an excellent opportunity for a customer-oriented individual to become part of a dynamic team within a bustling coffee establishment at the heart of the Parliamentary community. Key Qualifications

  • Consistently prepare high-quality beverages, whole bean products, and food items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, take orders, and respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, making recommendations and promoting additional products as appropriate.
  • Maintain a current understanding of the product offerings and daily specials, including allergen information, and demonstrate product knowledge by addressing customer queries and explaining product preparation methods.
