Fahrenheit Security Ltd: Plain Clothes Store Detective Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plain Clothes Store Detective to join our team at Fahrenheit Security Ltd. As a Plain Clothes Store Detective, you will be responsible for preventing theft and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe and follow potential shoplifters and pickpockets
  • Call the police and describe what you have seen
  • Take evidence from witnesses
  • Write short reports
  • Sometimes give evidence in court
  • Use various tools such as radios, loop alarms, mirrors, and electronic tags on goods
  • Patrol Retail Store Premises, Investigate Disturbances, and Monitor Entry and Exit Points of the Retail Store
  • Call Help in Emergency Situations, Circulate Among Customers, and Operate
  • Support regular security officers
Requirements:
  • Current Frontline DS SIA license or CP License
  • Verifiable employment history to BS 7858
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to work on your own and be part of a team
  • Flexibility
  • Discipline
  • Confidence in dealing with the public
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Good written communication skills
Working Hours:

Wednesday - Sundays (Bank holidays, Easter, Xmas, and New Year, may vary)

Rate:

£14.00 per hour
