Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Airflow Developments Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers from mechanical, electronic, and control perspectives.

  • Design and Development: Produce and revise designs in AutoCAD MEP and Revit, ensuring high-quality output and meeting customer requirements.
  • Technical Support: Respond to technical support tickets (PIDs), track PIDs through to resolution with agreed time limits, and diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Commercial Support: Provide technical and commercial support to our internal sales team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Documentation and Administration: Review M&E specifications/schedules, check drawings and technical specifications, and obtain any missing information from the customer.
  • Quotations and Proposals: Produce and issue quotations, project proposals, fan schedules, bills of materials, and information packs in a timely manner.
  • Field Engineer Support: Support Field Engineer visits as required, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Design and Training: Produce full AutoCAD and Revit ventilation designs within 3 months of starting, with training resources provided if required.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Maintain clear, concise, and effective business communication primarily through our company CRM system, including updating and adding customer records.
