Job Summary:
April Quest Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key business partner for Quality, Health, and Safety, Information Security, and Environmental matters, you will report directly to the EPC Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guarantee compliance with internal QHSE standards, industry best practices, and all relevant legal regulations.
- Continuously update and refine the QHSE management system, ensuring it remains aligned with corporate policies, industry benchmarks, and governmental requirements.
- Lead audits to verify compliance and ensure effective implementation of business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills in QHSE.
Requirements:
- Experience in QHSE, ideally gained in a technical project organization working with major contractors in the utility construction and/or instrumentation automation markets.
- Experience of leading audits to verify compliance.
- Experience of applying or working with CDM Regulations 2015.
- NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent qualification.
Desirable Requirements:
- Bachelor level with more than 10 years of relevant work experience in a technical/process environment OR academic level with more than 5 years of work experience in technical/process environment.
- NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of ISO9001, qualification advantageous.
- First aid experience and/or qualification.
