About the Role:
Eight Versa is in search of an innovative and commercially astute Sustainability Consultant who possesses exceptional project management capabilities. This position is designed to foster and develop client partnerships while implementing effective sustainability solutions.
You will be integrated into our London office, collaborating with a diverse team engaged in BREEAM, LEED, and WELL Assessments, sustainability documentation for planning submissions, Building Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and Building Performance evaluations to deliver comprehensive services that are outstanding in both scope and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the LEED and WELL certification processes
- Assist clients in achieving their sustainability goals from project initiation to finalization
- Articulate the advantages and benefits of LEED and WELL Certification to clients
- Identify avenues for improving building performance
- Offer customized consultancy guidance to clients regarding their sustainability strategies
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in managing LEED and WELL certification and sustainability initiatives for buildings and portfolios
- Accredited as a WELL Professional
- Accredited as a LEED Professional
- Strong skills in project management
- Extensive technical knowledge of sustainability services
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Adept at framing problems, synthesizing information, asking pertinent questions, and deriving insights to guide decision-making
- Ability to cultivate and maintain robust client relationships
