Job Summary

We are seeking a Managing Associate to join our Social Housing team, who will work with clients including registered providers, local authorities, and developers, advising on property law, acquisitions, site development, and complex legal matters like securitisation and planning obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on property law, acquisitions, and site development to clients in the social housing sector.
  • Assist in advising on head of terms for site acquisitions, site assembly, due diligence, and contract negotiation.
  • Work with clients to set up sites for plot disposals and provide ongoing support.
  • Develop and implement innovative legal solutions to address complex legal matters.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in social housing/property law.
  • Strong advisory and project management capabilities.
  • 6 years+ PQE (will also consider from 4 years but as an associate).
