About the Role

As a Vehicle Parts Branch Manager, you will be responsible for translating overarching sales goals into departmental targets, establishing challenging yet attainable objectives in collaboration with first-line management.

You will formulate Personal Development Plans, oversee progress, and offer developmental or corrective support as needed.

Routinely assess business performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement and taking corrective measures for any deviations.
