About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Manager to join our Corporate and Business Tax Team at Kingston Smith. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with partners and directors to provide bespoke tax advice to clients on a wide range of corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day workflow on transaction projects and deliver technical advisory and due diligence reports for director/partner review.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including clients and their professional advisors, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Train and support junior team members to develop their skills and contribute to the delivery of projects in a cost-effective manner.
Requirements
  • UK transaction tax experience with deal sizes ranging from £5m to over £100m.
  • CTA (and ideally) ACA/ACCA qualified.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver polished advice to clients.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to apply technical knowledge to benefit clients.
  • Personal drive to succeed and contribute to the growth of our Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Team.
