Strategic Priority

Our company has identified Test and React as a top-tier strategic priority, driving innovation and excellence in line with our core initiatives. This is an opportunity to join our Test and React team, working closely with key stakeholders across the commercial function, to aid the expansion of Test and React by engaging and working directly with new and established suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify the most important trends and missed opportunities to test for our customer on a weekly cycle, using social media, catwalks, aspirational brands, and competitors.
  • Work with the buying team to create strong supplier relationships, integrating the T & R process, and ensuring suppliers are developing/buying stocks on the most relevant fabric bases & trims.
  • Develop and implement a process to ensure Topshop quality standards are met, and everything possible is done to create right first-time samples to protect the lead time.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time planning skills.
  • Flexibility in design handwriting and skills.
  • A collaborative approach to the supply base, building the process together.
  • A desire to travel and visit the supply base, with flexibility outside of BAU hours and a high frequency of trips.
