About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Lawyer to join our Court of Protection team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in the Court of Protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in the Court of Protection
  • Working closely with other teams in the firm to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Complying with data security and firm policies and procedures
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in private client law, with a focus on Court of Protection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable spelling and grammar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new databases and IT systems
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills
