DAS UK Group is seeking a Claims Specialist to become a part of our dynamic team. Our claims division plays a pivotal role in our leading legal expenses insurance services, and we are on the lookout for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. Our offices are modern and welcoming, and we promote flexible working arrangements; many of our team members enjoy the option to work remotely part of the week. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, and our standard working hours are 9-5, Monday to Friday, with no evening or weekend shifts. We are also open to discussing compressed work schedules for those interested.
In this role, you will utilize your outstanding customer service abilities to handle a variety of claims. Your responsibilities will include both verbal and written communication with our clients, as well as with solicitors and business partners. We will provide thorough training and ongoing support, guiding you through our career development pathway. Our team culture emphasizes collaboration and mutual growth.
Key Responsibilities of a Claims Specialist:
Manage a wide array of claims, ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout. Supervise the customer journey from initial contact through to evidence assessment and decision-making on claims, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Deliver clear, concise, and accurate information to clients, business partners, and internal stakeholders. Rapidly enhance your knowledge of DAS products and policies to become proficient in evaluating and identifying claims, as well as coordinating with litigators and solicitors when necessary.Ideal Candidate Profile
