The Pharmacy department at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a talented Clinical Pharmacist to join our Foundation to Advance Clinical Pharmacist Programme. This 18-month competency-based progression programme is designed to enhance your skills and experience across our diverse range of clinical specialties.
Main Duties- Deliver expert patient care and support lead pharmacists in the development, evaluation, and coordination of clinical pharmacy services.
- Contribute to all aspects of clinical governance, including clinical risk and audit.
- Participate in education and training, including practice supervision of undergraduates, pre-registration pharmacists, and line management of band 6 pharmacists.
- Encourage inter-professional learning and contribute to educational initiatives.
We are looking for a qualified pharmacist with previous experience in the UK, a Master of Pharmacy degree, and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Essential criteria include evidence of having undertaken own development to improve understanding of equalities issues and championing diversity in previous roles.
