We are seeking a skilled and experienced Will Drafting and LPA Specialist to join our Private Client Team at Holmes & Hills Solicitors.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Private Client Team to provide efficient and accurate will drafting services to our clients. As a Will Drafting and LPA Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting wills and LPAs, following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction, and managing billing and document storage.

• Draft wills and LPAs for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the content of drafts and arrange appointments for signing
• Manage billing and storage of clients' documents and registration of LPAs
• Work closely with the Private Client Team to provide excellent client service

To be successful in this role, you will need a law degree (or be studying for one) and relevant experience in a Private Client team. You will also need an understanding of legal documentation and language. Full training will be provided in the discipline of Will and LPA drafting.
