About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual who can provide exceptional customer service and create an inspiring in-store experience for our customers. As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their fragrance preferences and needs
  • Providing expert advice on our range of luxury fragrances and products
  • Creating engaging and personalized in-store experiences that drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
