Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our clients' employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake clinical activities, including vaccinations and phlebotomy, to promote the health and safety of employees.
  • Conduct health assessments and provide guidance on health-related matters.
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks in the workplace.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Qualification or demonstrable experience in Occupational Health.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
