Key Responsibilities:- Service, maintenance, and breakdown of commercial gas and solid fuel heating systems
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, including completing paperwork and producing technical and situational reports
- Undertake all other maintenance works within remit
- Participate in out-of-hours works, including overtime and call-outs
- A solid background in commercial gas and heating, with relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
- Hold relevant commercial gas qualifications, including CODNCO1, COCN1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1, TCP1A, CCN1, CENWAT, and applicable domestic qualifications
- Local authority/social housing experience with knowledge of a variety of commercial/domestic appliances and installations
- Comprehensive technical skills, including extensive experience in commercial fault finding and rectification
- Comprehensive knowledge of most major manufacturers, including Good all-round knowledge of heating systems with controls/BMS knowledge desirable
- A full driving license
