About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Platform Manager to join our marketing team at So Energy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital presence, ensuring that our website and social media platforms are accurate, accessible, and useful for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the So Energy website, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and useful for customers while delivering against commercial and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy for the website and social media platforms to align with marketing goals, engaging our target audiences, and driving traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the website and social media channels, analyzing traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics to inform campaign strategies.
  • Implement SEO best practices on the website and in content creation to improve visibility in search engine results and attract organic traffic.
  • Continuously test and optimize user experience and website design to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage digital assets, including images, videos, and other interactive content, ensuring they are organized, up-to-date, and used effectively across all platforms.
  • Monitor online feedback on social channels to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with content, campaign, and sales leads to ensure the digital platforms meet business lead generation and brand goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and innovation in digital marketing, platform strategies, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in content strategy development, execution, and evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of website platform experience and content management systems.
  • Expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Experience with organic social and video platform management.
  • Ability to provide examples of successful content strategies and their commercial impact.
