About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team at Bridewell Consulting. As a Senior Test Analyst, you will play a key role in leading the design, implementation, and execution of test strategies for various projects, utilizing cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Review requirements and technical documentation to identify gaps, ambiguities, and potential risks.
  • Design, implement, and maintain test automation scripts, ensuring effective integration into the development process.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing of software solutions, identifying defects and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Act as a key point of contact for project status related to testing, addressing issues, risks, and changes as they arise.
  • Facilitate test reviews and provide clear, concise test reports, communicating progress to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst or in a similar testing role, ideally within a technology-driven or cyber security environment.
  • Strong understanding of various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
  • Experience with both manual and automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Proficient in Azure Dev Ops.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues, providing clear testing strategies and recommendations.
  • Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
