Registered Care Manager for Domiciliary Care

Job Title: Registered Care Manager for Domiciliary CareWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable home care provider for a Registered Manager. This role involves building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and quality standards to achieve a minimum of a "Good" CQC inspection.
- Implement and maintain effective policies and procedures to provide a safe working environment.
- Recruit and train high-quality care assistants, promoting business aims and values.
- Deliver high-quality care services to vulnerable individuals in their own homes.
- Design and implement effective scheduling to ensure care assistants meet client needs.
- Conduct quality assurance and governance activities, including spot checks and service reviews.
- Complete and improve assessments, risk assessments, and support plans to meet client outcomes.
- Take ownership of the emergency on-call mobile phone and perform ad hoc duties as required.
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators to the Director.
- Hold or be working towards an NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5 qualification in Social Care.
- Have in-depth knowledge of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores.
- Manage experience of service provision in the care industry.
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Care Manager, Deputy Manager, NHS Ward Manager, Unit Manager, or CQC inspectorate is desirable.
