Position Title:
Maintenance Specialist

Compensation:
£17 PAYE or £20 CIS

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional client service through Facilities Management and Hard Services operations.

Respond to all urgent requests to support various facility service areas as required by the client, ensuring seamless operational continuity.

Guarantee that the execution of all scheduled and urgent Fabric Technician tasks aligns with the stipulated service level agreements (SLA's) outlined in the primary contract documentation.

Perform Fabric Technician responsibilities across a designated portfolio, which may include but is not limited to:

1. Lamp maintenance and replacement
2. Joinery upkeep and repairs
3. Maintenance and minor repairs to building structures
4. Occasional painting and touch-ups of properties
5. Minor mechanical and electrical repairs
6. Basic plumbing repairs and blockage clearance
7. Emergency lighting assessments as necessary
8. Fire alarm evaluations (with appropriate technical guidance)
9. Tiling repairs and modifications
10. Minor carpet tile replacements and flooring damage repairs
11. Door lock repairs, door frame adjustments, door hanging, and installation of door closers.

Conduct repairs and maintenance on ceiling tiles, along with any general repairs needed to uphold the facility's standards.
